Pros:
Was a little put off by some negative reviews, but everything was totally smooth. Car was ready and waiting, Pickup went quickly. Note this is a rental counter at a Towing Company so lots of other stuff going on, but counter was staffed and there was no wait. I returned the car a little earlier than planned.
