The gentlemen at the store was very nice.Cons:
I made a reservation for a smaller car and when I got there they didn’t have it. I was an inconvenience because I need to have a rental for that day so I had to get a truck which I was not expecting to have. Which in turn cost me more than what I planned and budget for.Hertz

Pros:
Staff at Hertz was great. Pickup and drop off were easy.Cons:
The van wasn’t cleaned between me and the last renter. Old candy wrappers and receipts in the console. Steering wheel was even sticky at parts. Very risky to not clean between renters with covid going aroundCar hire locations in or near Petersburg
