Pickup was fast, nobody was at the desk for drop off.Cons:
I reserved a large SUV (Tahoe) and got a medium sized SUV (Traverse), was not compensated for the smaller vehicle and had an uncomfortable trip. The “oil change” warning came on right away so I worried about the vehicle maintenance during my entire 11 day trip which was stressful. The vehicle was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I don’t think I’ll rent from enterprise in the future.8,0 Very Good

Nothing, they either let me reserve a car they didn't have or they gave my reservation to someone else. I never got a car until it was too late and I bought a plane ticket.Cons:
Maybe save reserved cars for people that make reservations? Or better yet, don't make claims you have zero cars when in fact you do. It's pretty stupid to have cars just for one way and cars just for round trips. I guarantee it's not a lot of people that take cars for one way.
