The staff were extremely helpful. I ended up changing my reservation to an earlier time with no cost, then was unable to make it in that early due to unexpected circumstances. They ended up adjusting it so I could bring it back later on my return date, which they didn’t have to do. Staff is very friendly and laid back. Will definitely come back to this location.Cons:

The car only had 1/3 of a tank of gas at pickup. Very disappointing to have to get gas right away. Also, this is a way they get more money out of you by making you return it at an exact amount that is not full. The car smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and made me feel sick the whole trip. Pickup was confusing as I had 3 different addresses for drop off. I called and spoke to someone asking which address was correct and she was not much help.10,0 Wonderful

--instruction manual should be IN the car --remind the "pick-up" attendants to look at the person they are assisting in the moment --have "drop-off" office open on WEEKENDS. It's not fair to charge 2 extra days when the renter is late returning on a Friday AFTER 5:30 !!!10,0 Wonderful

Everything. The car wasn't available on Friday, the agency closed earlier. Leaving me no choices than cancelling my WE plans. Finally got another car (completely different quality of car by the way...) on Saturday morning. And to end up the process they overcharged me even more and I had to open a claim physically. Worst experience of my life whereas I am renting cars very often (over the last 2 months I rented 10 different cars with multiple companies). I will never go to Sixt and I will spread the word and advise that everyone do the same.6,8 Okay

All was fine until SIXT dropped a surprise one after dropping it off claiming I had gashed a hubcap and asking me to fill out a ludicrous full accident report for it and asking if I called the police.
