Cons:
Pickup took over an hour. Not the vehicle I requested. After pickup vehicle had maintence light on dash and brake rotors warped causing vibration when stopping on highway. Overhead console cubby door broken, hanging down. Expected better from Hertz10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Vehicle was clean. Got an Expedition for price of minivan when they didn’t have the minivan we reserved. Gave $15 discount to offset poorer gas mileage of the Expedition vs minivan.Cons:
1) Website let me reserve a minivan, including payment, but they didn’t actually have a minivan. We got an Expedition at minivan price, but it doesn’t have the storage capacity or gas mileage of a minivan. 2) Vehicle had 3/4 tank at start so we were told we only needed to have 3/4 tank when returning.
