Complete waste of my time. I made the reservation and I literally walked to the rental place and was told I couldn’t rent with a debit card and also that they did not have any cars available for rent. I was stuck for 6 hours waiting for a friend to get into town to pick me up. I was also never reimbursed the insurance on the vehicle that i never even rented. Horrible experience and I will never use hertz or kayak to rent a car ever again8,0 Very Good
