Booked a truck on Kayak but Hertz would not honor the reservation. Drove an hour to pick up the truck and just before I get there I get a call and they said they didn’t have that truck on the lot...sorry! I asked for a different truck, which I knew they had, and they refused to work with me...just kept saying sorry. So wrong!!!Avis
