Very disappointed in this rental. Arrived and no car was available despite the fact I had this scheduled for over a month for my honeymoon. Was told I had to travel 10-15 minutes down the road to get another car. Asked what car I wanted, told them. Then when I arrived that car was not available and I was told it had been “wrecked”. Was given another car I didn’t want to drive and it was filthy. I asked them to clean it for me and the car only had about 1 gallon of gas in the tank. Enterprise called me the next day to check on the car and I was told they would switch out the next day but they called, didn’t leave message, and never followed up. By then it was too late for me to get another car because I had to leave for my trip. Very disappointed. Would not rent from these locations again.4,0 Mediocre
