Lower Insurance cost, it was way too high. That particular vehicle had an obstruction when taking the foot off the break pedal. I had a somewhat long shoe. Could be very dangerous in certain situations.Avis

The staff was very helpful with arranging for a ride to the Pep Boys where my car was being repaired.Cons:

After booking a week in advance, Budget called me less than an hour before pickup to inform me they didn’t have a car for me, and likely wouldn’t. No offers to help find something else, just sorry and good luck.2,0 Poor
