The Carr rental place decided to close early on Friday so I wasn't able to get my car rental. Had to end up calling Enterprise who sent me to another location that had NO CARS. I ended up having to drive to an airport location and ended up paying more.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
I rented a small car for my significant other and I to go to Vegas for the weekend. I arrived to pick-up the vehicle and the lady was going to give me a large van. She told me since I paid for the manager special that van was the special for the day. I told her, that is too big and she said that is the last car she has. I told her to cancel and she said she couldn't so I went to Enterprise and luckily they had a vehicle for me at the last moment. Hertz credited me for the rental but Hertz should've of notified me about the van in advance. There website said a similar vehicle, a van is not similar to the car I rented. Can you imagine how much gas I would've used?10,0 Wonderful
