Everything else. Went through 3 different cars because of issues, that were issues hertz missed. When I called to try to get the new cars I was sent 30-40 minutes away and the correct cars were not available when I showed up. Both road side service and customer service would not call me back. This location then tried to say it was my fault because I called road side service and customer service general number (I was 10 hours away, and they were closed at the time) instead of calling them.10,0 Wonderful

When I picked up my car it had a terrible body odor. It smelled like a high school locker room, and no matter what I did, the smell persisted—it was deep within the linen of the car seats. Opening windows in an attempt to air the car out did nothing. I bought febreeze and sprayed the upholstery of the entire car TWICE. I even bought fragrance sticks to put in the air vents. Nothing worked, and after having the car for almost a week, the smell was still there when I returned it. Also, when I got the car it wasn’t at a full tank. I was given a rental that only had 1/4 tank of gas in it.8,0 Very Good
