Nothing - because you show up, and no one is at the desk and then you are stuck with no car. This is the 2nd time Alamo does it. Learned my lesson - NEVER RENT WITH THEM!Cons:
If someone was actually there to give me a car, that would be a plus - so I don’t have to be in a city with NO RENTAL CAR. Showing up for work is a plus in my book guys.8,0 Very Good
