The Chrysler Pacifica minivan was a fantastic choice for the family it comfortably seats 5+ gear for an extended vacation. The model we were furnished had all the bells and whistle‘s which made driving safe and comfortable. The staff at enterprise was very helpful and the only issue we had was our drop off driver delivered a vehicle that had a maintenance issue that had to be rectified prior to the beginning of our trip. I would give this experience a 8 out of 10 only because the drop off driver did not exchange the vehicle prior to delivery.

Pros:

Staff was helpful and friendly. Car was clean and in excellent condition. Drop off was well-explained and easy.

Cons:

Perhaps a tutorial on use of radio equipment, AC and other features might be helpful, especially to those of us who don't normally drive and aren't up to speed with all the new bells and whistles that cars have these days.

Overall it was OK. There were so many places to put luggages on the back of the truck. There was also a lot of space in the middle back seat. Great experience.

Pros:

Friendly staff, fast pick up, reasonable price, easy drop off.

Cons:

The car was a bit uncomfortable, but I rented a compact so I guess that’s to be expected. Also I couldn’t find the outlet to plug in my phone and connect it with the car’s screen. I found an outlet to charge my phone, which was helpful, but I could never get my phone to connect to the car.
