Pros:Clean Great Staff Safe Decor was really cool Food was good Room was nice size and layout Great shower
Cons:The bathroom The door was cool looking with the glass center, but if one went to the bathroom at night, It lit up the whole room. Would be nice to have a second choice of lightening, so U did not blind yourself when turning on the main light. if one is a private person about going to the bathroom. This one is very uncomfortable. If the door was not a sliding door and no glass.... the bathroom is REALLY NICE.
Pros:Accessible to city...bar / restaurant was great.
Cons:VIP restriction. Spent only a night.
Pros:Great location, superb staff, nice rooms.
Cons:No lobby coffee service after breakfast. No free internet in rooms.
Pros:Every staff member was personable and friendly. Quick responses to any question/issue. Nothing ever runs perfectly but it's a great company that responds and works to improve in the future. Their GM should be proud.
Cons:No much. Restaurant menu could use more vegetables but that's just me.
Pros:Nice place and location. Comfortable room
Cons:Why did the cleaning staff try to barge into our room repeatedly starting at 8 in the morning? Seriously tried to come into room 3 hours before checkout, then tried two more times before 11am. Ridiculous.
Pros:Every representative of the hotel we encountered was awesome. They went above and beyond their duty to provide outstanding customer service. So impressed!
