Pros (+) Far from many facilities and down a very sketchy ally way with barking stray dogs and nothing in site there then a parking lot.
Cons (-) The towels were ripped. The blankets were stained. The wifi didn't work well. The shower was very dirty. The lobby was disorganized and papers and desks everywhere. There were cans in front of the hotel. The pictures on agoda/kayak are deceiving.
