Pros:Nearby self-serve surface parking lot adjacent to the lobby made it easy to access our vehicle - which saved us time and was very convenenient. We were flying out of SFO the next morning. Staff was friendly. Rooms were in good shape and had recently been redone.
Cons:Not much. Prices in the restaurant were a bit high - but the food was very good.

Pros:The linens were the most comfortable of any hotel I have ever visited, and I have stayed at some of the world's most luxurious hotels. The TV has a huge screen and a supremely clear picture. 4K?? The location is very close to the rental car return agencies. Very clean. The only drawback was the check in. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. The first room I was assigned had soaking wet carpet from a recent shampoo. Instead of bringing me a key to another room I had to go down to the lobby again and wait for what seemed like an eternity for them to assign me a different room. The person at the front desk (Yolanda?) laughed when I explained the reason i had to change rooms. Then they had a lot of difficulty figuring out which rooms on the quiet side of the hotel had bath tubs. Once I got to the room however I was extremely comfortable and the room was super quiet. A/C could use a slight boost.

Pros:The hotel is easy to access and the quality of the rooms is very high. Not far from the city and really close to the airport Great view of the plane landing and taking off without the sound. very friendly staff

Pros:Room furnishings were very nice and modern. Bed very comfortable. Loved the glass shower doors and bathroom amenities. Staff very friendly. Free airport shuttle very convenient. Overall great experience.
Cons:Tried express check-out via telephone and TV menu but neither worked. Had to checkout at front desk but luckily there was no wait. Would prefer express checkout.
