Pros:The location, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons:Our faucet in the sink would not turn off, the ice machine wasn't working, the drains were dirty, the door was broken and we could barely get in the room, the microwave worked when it wanted to.

Pros:This hotel is horrible , it's unclean costumer service is the worse! Dirty , It has bedbugs , when I woke up thrusday Monday I had bedbugs bites all over my arm, I'm allergic to bed bugs it was the worse experience ever , my family was really upset we went to talk to the people in the office they seem not to care, they said that they will need to do investigation about the bed bugs even thought we had proof, and it was going to take days, which so ever, I wanted to check out 2 days early because I couldn't anymore with the bedbugs my allergic was getting worse we try to stay out of that hotel the most we could, I check out Friday morning because we couldn't take it anymore , i wanted to get my money back , but they didn't do nothing they just said that they need it to do the investigation in order to get my refund. I don't recommend this hotel to any one, please stop taking advantage of people I wouldn't like anyone to live this experience ! This hotel needs to be shut down!!
Cons:Everything is the worse If you want to cantact me please do it. I have picture and a video of the bed bugs The bathroom was disgusting !!!

Pros:Nothing there was other people in rooms with loud music and swearing, only thing we liked was that there was different stores all around.
Cons:Everything was horrible!
