Problem was, booked thru a 3rd party site. Arrived at door of hotel, hand-scribbled note on door…”we’ve changed your reservation to…..(another facility).” It wasn’t that some unforeseen event closed the place…….it had been closed for winter and not yet open for summer! Wouldn’t you think the Holiday inn corp, or the 3rd party booking website (hotels.com) would have TOLD me that before I drove around to find the place. I had scoped out the facility and liked the location, view of harbor, restaurant and bar, and other facilities.

The worst hotel stay ever. This is not Holiday Inn group, it's a franchise. People function the way they want. Front desk has it is own rules, breakfast has it is own rules and the thing is that non of them know what is it for the other. The rules followed up are different for the same location. I booked my rooms, I got confirmation email and when I reach the hotel the rates were different than booked. Also their app also showed something totally different than booked. Who does such a thing? Why cheat customers? I book rooms with 3 people and I get breakfast package for 2 people. Are they joking? With the room names too this property cheats. Premium Ocean view is one where you have to go to the gallery and bend on sides to see the ocean. This is absolute nonsense. I wold not recommend anyone going here and also now Holiday Inn properties are not going to be in my list.

Pretty much what you’d expect for a chain hotel like this. There’s a lot of amenities within the hotel which are nice. But you’d probably rather be in town than here. The location of the hotel is outside of town, however.

Pros:Bed was super comfy, pool was heated and the hot tub was amazing as well.
Cons:Breakfast was just grab and go, coffee could have been better in the room, and they definitely have some repairs that need done. Our ceiling had some spots that needed attention but nothing major.

Cons:Room itself and location. No amenities--only vending machines. No overall manager. A/C was bad esp in lobby.

Pros:Pool, spa, and bar area. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. Free shuttle to downtown.
Cons:Advertised as oceanfront, however only a select few are even remotely close. Very poor wifi connection. Stewman's lobster pound was very expensive. Very limited parking. Very late check-in.

Pros:The room was clean. Bathroom nice. That's about all I can say that I liked about the place.
Cons:Arrived at night. Could not see the Holiday Inn sign well enough to know we had arrived. Difficult to go turn around to turn into the drive. Lobby sign too low to the ground and blocked by a car. Doorman was nice, but the rest of the staff were so-so.
