Pros:Spacious rooms with pretty nice views.
Cons:Communication via Marriott smartphone app could be improved. Luggage assistance offered, supposedly, but could not be provided.

Pros:- The room service staff are polite - Some of the receptionists are nice too - Water pressure in the head shower is good - offered us free wifi after calling - offered us 50% discount on parking
Cons:I am a fan of Sheraton and I hope that the following crticisms are received constructively. - our room was in building #2. The facility is poorly maintained. Carpets are dusty. The hallway is very narrow and looks very cheap. No decorative pieces, no mirrors, no seating area next to the elevator. - rooms and bathrooms are very tiny and a bit dirty; found hair on one of the beds. No refrigerator in the room! - being in building 2, to reach our car we have to go to floor 2, then walk up the stairs to the exit of the building, then cross outside to reach the main building (and the temperature was in the subcooled) and then take another elevator. - the whole process has to be repeated everytime we wanted to use the gym or swimming pool. Imagine being sweat/warm and walking in freezing temperatures - This is important! we called room services to ask if the breakfast is complimentary. They said it is normally not but they will offer it for free because probably it was holidays. So my cousin went down and, while he was eating, the staff in the resto told him that the breakfast is not free. He had to leave his table to talk with a receptionist who showed signs that she is not believing him. Finally, the manager came and resolved the issue. I believe that the staff may need more training I apologize if I seemed negative but I tried to reflect my experience. I am sure that Sheraton is capable of improving their facility. Within the current status of the hotel, I do not recommend stay there

Pros:Location, customer service and very nice room. The location for my business trip is excellent. Great customer service exemplified by Gelila as I checked in as she was very helpful with a smile. Room was large and clean.

Pros:Nice looking hotel for a good price. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient as well.
Cons:The only minor hitch we had was they forgot to put washcloths in our room. It took a couple calls to the front desk before they made it up to our room, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Pros:Nice hotel, location is awesome as it's very close to DC
Cons:Room was facing the street. If we opened our window shades, being on the first level anyone would be able to see us which can be uncomfortable and doesn't make for a nice view. The room neighboring us was obviously over the 4 person limit playing loud music, yelling and partying. It took 2 calls to the front desk and 4 hours to get them to quiet down. My husband and I were looking to relax and get some sleep instead we got an unprofessional hotel who lets teenagers party whith no regard to other guests. Never were allowed to speak with management nor were we offered anything to compensate our troubles. Nothing against the hotel itself it's a nice hotel although the rooms lack a fridge/microwave but the staff and management and security here are the real problem.
