Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

The crew was courteous and efficient. There was no entertainment or liquor service on this short international flight.

After going through security and waiting for the flight at the gate, there was no access to bathrooms and no place to charge a phone while waiting for the flight. But once I was on the plane, everything was very good.

The overall experience for the price we paid was mediocre. Nothing outstanding! Check in process was standard. Flight attendants could have been more well mannered. I found it rude when the attendant nudged me with the snack box to grab my attention when not looking. She could have said ,’excuse me’ instead. My son’s in flight entertainment was not working. The food was not great either. The snack options were not so great with kids in mind. Overall, might not travel qatar again.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

Quality of service on board was very inconsistent. FA service primarily seemed robotic and they barely engaged with passengers

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Food not good, flight attendants not the best, not accommodating very ruff

Flight attendants were harsh, food could be better, took way too long to pick up food trays, were stuck with the crying babies the entire to and from trip. Restrictions of 8 kg for cabin luggage is ridiculous that’s barely 2 pairs of pants, shirts, shoes. There shouldn’t be any restrictions on the carry on luggage size except the checked in luggage. Attendants don’t even help with putting luggage in cabin space. Attendant picked up food tray and spilled cherry juice all over my husband and has the nerve to come back to ask why he hadn’t changed his clothes.

Very bad , airplain had problem with engines , had to evacuate, had a delay on my trip for almost 4 hours , lost my rental car in london..

I was duped into thinking it was a United Airlines flight when in fact United had nothing to do with it.

Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation. Teeny overhead bins. Wifi worked well. Arrived safely.

Seats in economy were VERY tight for such a long flight. Food was pretty good, flight attendants were fine, it was just pretty uncomfortable.

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

Both flights were fine. I wish there was a little more legroom, but we got to where we needed to be on time, the crew did their job, and that’s really all that matters. We’ll fly United again.

Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.

My worst flying experience so far. This flight was delayed a total of 42 hours and diverted to New York before it was finally cancelled. It was delayed 4 and a half hours in London. As we were scanning our boarding passes at the gate they advised that the flight was being diverted to JFK since the delays caused us to missed the open hours for Charlotte international customs and immigration. We were assured multiple times by airport personnel, flight attendants, and the Pilot that we would land at JFK go through customs and immigration and then reboard the plane to fly to Charlotte in the same night. When we landed in New York the pilot advised us as we were retrieving our carry on luggage that we were delayed till 10am the next morning and to see guest services to get a room for the night. During this time I had to purchase a room for a family member in Charlotte which drove over 4 and a half hours to pick us up from Charlotte. This could have been avoided if American Airlines had been up front about the delay. Then after standing in line for over 2 and a half hours at guest services we were taken by taxi to a hotel 30 minutes out of the way. Luckily I looked for other flights that night and found one at 8 am to get on. The initial flight which we were scheduled to fly to charlotte in was delayed 12 more times and was finally cancelled 42 hours after it was supposed to land. I am unaware of what happened to the guest that were supposed to fly on the flight after we were placed on another flight but 42 hours in delays for a direct flight is absolutely ridiculous.

First time flying with BA and I will do it again. Staff at airport and on board were very nice and helpful

Liked that my American Airlines status seamlessly transferred to BA so luggage check was free. Flights were on time, boarding quick. Wish they didn’t assign connecting gate so late at Heathrow.

Both mine and my husband's chairs were broken. Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild.

The flight was fine. Unfortunately, the seat entertainment (movie/TV/game options) was malfunctioning for some reason, so movies weren't an option on that flight. On the flight to my destination, it was working all right, but I never used it because I couldn't figure out how to make it work. It would be helpful to have better instructions for those of us who aren't too skilled at such things. Other than that, no problems. The crew were courteous, the food was decent, and they got us where we were going on time, or even a bit early. I would use them again.
