5 days later I have not yet received my luggage so terrible and unacceptable

British airways has the most uncomfortable coach seats for international travel i have ever experienced. There is no leg room and when the person in front of you reclines their seat it nearly hits you in the face. There is not enough room for you to open a laptop in front of you or eat a meal. It’s ridiculous and i hope to not fly them in the future.
The crew was great, the food was great, the seats were torture. I just could not get comfortable. Too narrow, too close to the seat in front. I felt guilty about reclining my seat and resisted but the people in front of me did not feel the same way. I thought both coming and going that the discomfort would conceivably be enough to prevent me from going abroad in the future. Will it? I'm not sure - but it will definitely be a factor in my choice of travel.
They denied us boarding on our scheduled flight and experienced significant disruption to our travel plans because of overbooking the flight!
Flight on time. Food was poor - low quality and hard to eat due to poor layout
Flight cancelled! Rebooked by circuitous routing although there were seats available on other nonstop flights.
