Didn't have the car I reserved and didn't seem to think it was out of their norm. Stated, well it's based on daily returns. Why do they take reservations at all? Gave me a vehicle with poor mpg instead costing me more in gas.Reviewed Jul 21 2024

Cons:Complete waste of my time. I made the reservation and I literally walked to the rental place and was told I couldn’t rent with a debit card and also that they did not have any cars available for rent. I was stuck for 6 hours waiting for a friend to get into town to pick me up. I was also never reimbursed the insurance on the vehicle that i never even rented. Horrible experience and I will never use hertz or kayak to rent a car ever againReviewed Dec 28 2019
