Horrible. I was charged $250 for a convertible. They gave us a Jeep that over heated within 20 min of driving away. Had to turn around and drive back super slow because of the heat and smell of burning oil. Kept the temp low enough to drive. Got back. Got keys to a very small mustang, NOT convertible. Our drive was to Yellowstone and we wanted the open air views. After that, we returned a THIRD time with an “oh well, it’s all we have” for a regular suv. No convertible like we paid for. Never again! No offer for a discount. No refund. Plus 2 hours stolen from our one day trip in Yellowstone.Reviewed Jun 23 2024

Cons:I gave it a poor rating only because it is almost impossible to speak to a real person after making the reservation and picking up the car. I ran not an issue with the car and was in hold forever trying to get in touch with roadside assistance and a budget representative. When I finally did get in touch with roadside assistance I was told I would have to wait 2 hours for service. So instead I called AAA and had service in 15 minutes.Reviewed Feb 27 2021
