The rental car was a perfect choice.Cons:
Dropping off of the vehicle was not what I have experienced with other rentals. The lady at the pick-up and drop off was not the most helpful at all. Could have assisted me in a better way and also when I called the 1-800 number agent could have been a better representative of your company. With out going into this further I probably will select a different company.6,4 Okay

They canceled my rental while I was on my way to pick it up....they also kept my rental insurance deposit of $33.... can’t be much worse2,8 Poor

They could not fulfill my reservation because they didn't have enough cars. They called me 15 minutes before my pick up time to tell me this. It caused a huge inconvenience on my vacation logistics.2,0 Poor
