We waited over 2.5 hours to receive our rental. Management provided wait times that were not accurate: first we were told one hour, then 1.5 hours, the 2 hours ect. It was finally 2 hours 45 mins later that we received the rental. We were also told that they were extremely understaffed and dealing with operational problems. We have two young kids under the age of 5 so you can imagine how upsetting this was not to mention how it created an unpleasant start to our vacation. To pay a premium for a rental, I expect better service and lower wait times.Reviewed Jul 14 2024

Pros:Very efficient staff—I was in my car in less than 5 min from arriving at the counterCons:I wanted a compact car, but the key to it was misplaced so I was given a “free upgrade” to an SUV. It was a definite upgrade in car, but as the city I was driving in had narrow streets and park places, I was wishing I had the compact instead. Really think twice about accepting an alternate class of car and if it will suit your needs as well.Reviewed Nov 18 2019
