Pros:Location to Grand Central was perfect. Lots of decent restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet, spacious room. Comfortable beds. really nice helpful staff.
Cons:Overall, just a little run down. Stopper missing in bathroom sink, furniture was stained and a bit nicked.

Pros:Super close to Grand Central, surprisingly very quiet even though we were facing 41st st! Staff was a bit slow and there were a handful of weird guests, but overall very good. Can't beat the price for a downtown hotel.

Cons:Internet was not available at night. Not enough bandwidth. Staff did not answer phone. Sheets smelled like body odor.

Pros:Junior suite was spacious. Nothing is a wow factor but it's good overall.
Cons:I didn't see breakfast options in the room but noticed a 3Rd floor breakfast option in the elevator when I had no time left in my schedule.

Pros:The location is convenient to times square. It takes about 15 min to walk to times square and all the shopping areas
Cons:The heater was not working when we first arrived to our room so it was extremely cold. The breakfast was advertised as a buffet for only $12, but it was just a very basic continemtal breakfast.
