Pros:Everything was good except what I mention below. I would fly again, as your aircraft was clean, and the food/beverage packages had good options, I will just add additional bagage costs to the ticket price to make a determination of whether the flight is worth the price.
Cons:Paying for a carry-on. I would not have booked with frontier had I known I'd have to pay for the very small duffel I brought with me. I could have booked with Delta, had free beverages, and not paid for a carry-on, all for less than what turned out to be the total cost of this frontier flight. It should be clearly stated before booking that ANY bag brought with you would incure a fee. People would factor this into the purchase price and book accordingly.

Pros:The flight departed on time and arrived as scheduled.
Cons:I'm glad that I arrived safely because that is the one thing I can appreciate. The cheap fares equal the quality of the plane. Only 4 rows of 30 have reclining seats. It would be a stretch to say the seats are padded. The clientele is cheaper than the fare with lots of crying babes and impolite guests running to the door as the plane arrives to the gate.

Pros:Almost nothing about this flight was positive. I have to struggle to find something, but I can say that boarding wasn't too bad. Quick and organized.
Cons:Everything else. To start, Frontier does not include any carry-ons with the flight, so either we pay $70.00 round trip for a bag or we have to shove everything we want for our trip into a "personal bag". We checked in about 24 hours before the flight and realized only after we had already waited in line for security that we needed printed paper boarding passes rather than using our phones (like every other airline). Luckily, we didn't wait until the last minute to show up, so we could go back, re-check in, wait in line for security a second time, and make it to our gate. Once boarded, things turned even worse when we realized that the seats on this Airbus were nothing more than very thin plastic with a very small amount of cushion, making the metal folding chairs from my youth seem preferable. In addition, while planes are not necessarily known for being comfortable, even the small conveniences of other planes were missing. These seats had no entertainment devices, terribly positioned armrests, a tray table that would barely hold my iPhone, no option to recline at all, and so little room ahead of us that my knees were pushed against the seat ahead of me. I was offered some respite when the flight attendant said that the flight was completely boarded but there were some exit row seats available. We were told that the attendants would "be happy to move you to a seat with a little more leg room and would be happy to swipe your card for the $50.00 charge". Really? $50.00 for an upgrade to an exit row? Generally, any flight I have been on will give a free upgrade or two if these seats are vacant. Nobody is there anyway, so why not offer them to give a sense of friendliness to your customers? You are not making any money on those seats anyway. On a roughly four hour flight, there were drinks and snacks offered, but their special was 2 cans of soda and a snack (peanuts or trail mix) for 9.00. Water, soda, and all snacks were an extra charge... Bottom line, this was a terrible experience with a terrible airline. If I have anything to say about it, I will never fly with Frontier again.

Cons:We were given the wrong information for picking up our luggage and had to take a shuttle to Terminal 3 in Vegas. It took 40 min longer than expected at 11:30 pm. Also the flight insurance is totally a waste of money.

Cons:I was unaware of the very expensive luggage charges. They need to tell you ahead of time. Even charge for carry on! My luggage bill was $80! No frills might be for some, but to charge these extras and even to charge to choose your own seat? And even for a soda???Ridiculous. And the stewardess was huffy. Over all thought it was a bad experience. Would not fly Frontier again unless I had no other option.

Cons:You send e-mail notices to me but I cannot access e-mail away from home as I am not into smart gadgets. I checked at home for flight status but by the time I drove 70 minutes to the airport, the flight was delayed, and delayed, and delayed. Once at Denver, we sat on the tarmac for 4 1/2 hours waiting for a gate. Southwest deplaned people on the tarmac. Once at the gate, we had to wait another 15 min for a jetway operator and someone to operate the TUG/generator. And my consolation prize was a 4 oz cup of water. YIPPEE!!

Cons:Frontier has a lot of hidden fees such as having to pay to have a carry on bag and also trying to charge me for a seat when checking in online. I mean, what exactly did I pay for when I purchased my tickets? Ridiculous.

Frontier contact information

Overview of Frontier

Focusing predominantly on domestic travel within the United States, Frontier flies to smaller regional locations as well as large cities. Controlling operations from a hub in Denver, the airline reaches more than 105 locations across the United States. Services are also available to international vacation destinations in Mexico, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the Dominican Republic.

Frontier operates as an ultra-low-cost carrier with competitive prices and direct single-leg trips. Fares are kept low by sacrificing luxuries, such as in-flight entertainment devices, while meals and drinks can be purchased as extras. It is a subsidiary of IndiGo Partners, which also controls JetSMART, Volaris, and Wizz Air. A codeshare agreement is held with carrier Volaris, expanding the possible connections between Mexico and the United States.

It is possible to sit in either Economy or Stretch (their version of Premium Economy). The chairs are not designed to recline, meaning the person in front of you won’t encroach on your space. Seats in the Stretch section have roughly an extra 5 in of legroom and a large pull-out tray that is ideal for working on a laptop.

Exclusively Airbus aircraft are chosen for the fleet, with Frontier preferring narrow-body jets like the A320 family. One of the most commonly flown models is the A320neo, which has tremendous fuel efficiency and can carry approximately 186 passengers. The planes have distinctive animals painted on the tails and are all unique images. Among the animals featured are rabbits, dolphins, bears, sea otters, and penguins. The names of the characters appear underneath the cockpit windows.
